Currently, we only ship within the UAE*.

Please note that orders placed after 1 PM UAE time (UTC+4) will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until the following business day and deliveries can take longer during our Sales and Holiday Season periods.

*Subject to area restrictions: Delivery services to locations South or West of Abu Dhabi is considered “remote locations” (except Al Ain and any towns/locations on Abu Dhabi – Al Ain road and Dubai – Al Ain road). It includes, but is not limited to the following areas: Tarif area, Al Ruwais area, Abu Alabyadh area, Al Arrad area, Al Wagan area, Um El Zumool area, Madinat Zayed al Gharbiya area, Qareen Al Aish area, Al Hamra area.

Delivery Cost: 15 AED up to 4 kg per trip

Please make sure that you will be available to accept your package at the time of delivery. Couch and more does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package has been returned to the dispatcher due to unavailability, Couch and more reserves the right to charge the customer for the re-delivery costs.

Please check your parcel before you accept the delivery. If your package has been damaged in transit, reject the receipt of it and file a claim with the carrier immediately.

Delivery Address

Each Couch and more store is country-specific and delivery to another country is not possible.

Deliveries can be made only to physical home or business addresses. For orders that need to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address, please make sure that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file so that it will not cause a delay in processing your order.

For your security, the shipping and billing address information cannot be changed after placing an order. If you will not be available at the provided address at the scheduled delivery time, please contact our customer support services to check the possibility of holding the shipment and postpone it to a further date.

Delivery outside the Mainland

If your shipping address is outside the Mainland, please note that your order may be subject to customs.
